Making Dinner For My Girl

Snack:
Apple

Exercise:
Walk (.5) mile
Calisthenics

Dinner:
Parmesan encrusted Tilapia
Fresh-cut Swiss chard sauteed with extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, crushed red pepper, and shredded Parmesan cheese
Kasmati rice
Diet Dr. Pepper
