Need To Eat Eggs

Exercise:
Walk (1) mile
Elliptical (15) minutes
Weight lifting (chest & back)
Calisthenics

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
2 fried eggs
3 potato pancakes
5 bacon
2 potato bread toast w/ butter
Coke Zero

Dessert:
6 Fudge stick cookies
