Taco Night

Exercise:
Walk (1) mile
Elliptical (1) mile
Weight lifting (chest & arms)
Wii Fit Plus w/ Balance board games

Snack:
Apple
Muscle Milk

Dinner:
3 soft corn tacos w/ ground beef, lettuce, cheese, re-fried beans, rice, sour cream, guacamole
2 Cervezas

Dessert:
1/2 apple fritter
