Exercise:
Walk (1) mile
Elliptical (10) minutes
Weight lifting (shoulders & back)

Snack:
Apple
Muscle Milk

Dinner:
Chicken breast w/ ham, bacon, scallions, and cheddar cheese
Onion roll (toasted w/ butter)

Dessert:
2 Cranberry Crunch cookies
