Exercise:
Walk (1) mile
Elliptical (15) minutes
Weight lifting (shoulders & arms)

Snack:
Apple
Muscle Milk

Dinner:
3 fried eggs
5 bacon
3 scrapple
2 orange-cranberry-pecan toast w/ butter

Dessert:
Fruit & nuts
