Elliptical (10) minutes
Weight lifting (chest & arms)

Snack:
Apple
Muscle Milk
Pumpkin seeds

Dinner:
1/2 Boboli w/ marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, parmigiano

Dessert:
Butter pecan ice cream
