Weight lifting (shoulders & back)

Snack:
Muscle Milk
Apple

Dinner:
Turkey w/ gravy
Mac & cheese
Stuffing
Sweet potato casserole
Hominy
Pineapple casserole
2 rolls

Dessert:
Apple pie w/ whipped cream
Sweet potato pie
