Breakfast With My Baby & The Boys

Exercise:

Elliptical (10) minutes

Breakfast:
3 French toast w/ butter, maple syrup, whipped cream
4 turkey bacon
2 sausage links
Blueberries & strawberries
Orange juice

Current weight: 224.5 lbs.
Goal weight: 220 lbs.
