Weis Man

Snack:
1/2 serving (approx. 15 pieces) almonds

Lunch:
1/2 lb. Honey ham and 2 slices Swiss cheese on 2 slices seeded rye bread w/ spicy brown mustard
1 serving (approx. 16 pieces) multi-grain tortilla chips
10 oz. Diet green tea
