Exercise:
Walk (1) mile
Elliptical (10) minutes
Weight lifting (shoulders & back)

Snack:
Apple
Muscle milk

Dinner:
Pork chops w/ apple sauce
Potatoes

Dessert:
Hummus w/ pita chips
Coconut ice cream (made w/ coconut milk)
