Chunk or Solid?

Snack:
Banana
Coffee cake (thanks a lot, Josh Sparks!)

Lunch:
1 can chunk white albacore tuna
1.5 tbsp olive oil mayo
1 toasted onion roll
1 bread & butter pickle spear
1 KIND bar (almond & cranberries)
10 oz. Diet green tea
