1 serving (53g) Fiber Plus - Berry Yogurt Crunch
1/2 serving (120ml) Almond milk
10 oz. Freshly squeezed orange juice w/ pomegranate/cherry juice

Current weight: 227 lbs.
Goal weight: 220 lbs.
