Muscle Milk

Dinner:
Raisin Bran Extra
Soy milk
4 deviled eggs
Diet green tea

Dessert:
1 bottle Sierra Nevada Summer Wheat
2 Chocolate-Va-va-vanilla oatmeal cookies
